Measurement convention
Official court dimensions are measured to the outside of the relevant lines. This take-off reports nominal painted runs and does not subtract intersection overlap.
Line-width note
ITF Rules permit most court lines between 25 mm and 50 mm, centre service lines and centre marks at 50 mm, and baselines up to 100 mm. The 50 mm value is a planning hand-off only; use the approved drawing widths.
What the take-off includes
Nominal straight line runs. Crossings and junction paint overlap are not deducted; use product coverage, coats and a visible waste allowance for purchasing.
Planning limits
- Run-offs are shown separately from the official playing court.
- Confirm the intended competition level, surface specification and approved line widths before installation.
- Nominal line metres do not deduct paint overlap at crossings or corners.
